The home of India’s wealthiest man called ‘Antilia’, in reference of a mythical island in the Atlantic Ocean. The building was designed by Chicago-based architects Perkins + Will. The 400,000-square foot building has 27 stories, but since some ceilings are double-height, it’s closer to the size of a 40-storey building. The home also been designed to survive an 8-Richter scale earthquake.

Shahrukh Khan a.k.a King Khan bought a heritage bungalow overlooking the Arabian Sea from Bai Khorshed Bhanu Sanjana Trust, which he revamped into a majestic, neoclassical columned bungalow and called it “Mannat” meaning “ a Vow to the Gods”. A six storey building has been built behind his bungalow.
