Yoga is a great way to de-stress and just get back in touch with yourself. But if your schedule is particularly hectic, you may not be able to get to a studio as much as you'd like. But you know, throwing on your favorite yoga DVD and doing a little downward facing dog in your home is totally beneficial, too
